Not another station living in the past?

Correct! We are not another radio station living in the past. We are a radio station playing the oldies and if you listen to us for 20 minutes or so, we reckon you'll agree that we sound different.

It is true to say that most of our music comes from the 60s and 70s but we do occasionally dip into the very late 50s and the 80's. We're UK based but we don't just play songs that were in the UK charts; some of the songs were hits only in North America, some were huge in mainland Europe, much of our music was never even released over here or features on LPs.

If you grew up in Europe you may well have fond memories of listening to radio stations such as Caroline, Luxembourg, Veronica or Radio 1 ... not every song these stations played became hits, you may hear some of those records on CCRN. In North America you may recall many of the songs we play on stations such as the legendary WABC, CHUM or KHJ.
